The STX523, The best way to increase your exhaust flow.
This months feature is to introduce to you our STX 523 2.5" to 3" Muffler. The design of the STX 523 is a unique design that provides a simple way of taking a standard 2.5" inch exhaust system and increasing the output exhaust to a 3" inch high output system. This rare configuration will actually increase the flow of your exhaust system dramatically.
Through extensive testing we have found that simply taking a stock 2.5" exhaust system and increasing the system to a 3" outlet half way through the system increased the exhaust flow of all vehicles tested. This scaled increase in exhaust system size produced by the STX 523 muffler allows for the gasses to draw more quickly to the outlet of your exhaust system. Thus increasing Horsepower output, Torque, and even an increase in Fuel Mileage as compared to standard systems.
Aero Performance Exhaust's latest line of mufflers, the Turbine STX series, is the ultimate combination between our patented Turbine Mufflers, and the more traditional Stealth Mufflers. Each STX muffler is built with a two chamber system, including an air foil cone, which increases flow of exhaust gasses in the first chamber, and a noise canceling traditional performance packed chamber.
The STX 523 provides a system that increases flow threefold by use of the Turbine system, the straight through design of the second chamber, and by increasing your 2.5" inch system to a 3" output.
Other systems may show similar performance gains, but the STX 523 will allow you to drive your vehicle without the annoying whine created by those other mufflers. The STX 523 is guaranteed to produce the most horsepower, torque, and fuel mileage increases, without the excessive noise produced by other aftermarket mufflers.

Quality
All Aero Performance Exhaust STX Mufflers are made from the highest quality materials including 100% 304 & piping 409 Stianless Steel body, which is extremely durable and rust resistant. All products are maticulusly polished to a reflective finish with high quality welds.
Other materials include Aero´s own high temperature ceramic packing rated at 3000° F, which delivers much better protection while reducing excessive noise.
The following test was performed in a strictly controlled environment. The test was performed to show temperature rating differences between Aero Ceramic Packing and our competitor's Rockwool packing and the advantage of having a high quality packing material inside your muffler.
